ONA RESTAURANT

ONA

National Traditions

Ona means “gift,” in Pukina, the language spoken by the Uru Chipaya, an ancient Andean culture whose origins precede the Inca Empire and were the first people to cultivate quinoa and potatoes, a gift that has since become a part of the Andean and universal diet. ONA is a celebration of Bolivia’s rich biodiversity and gastronomic traditions. The restaurant* presents an innovative menu designed to create a fine-dining experience with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

ONA is led by young Bolivian chefs who are passionate about Bolivian food and Bolivian gastronomic traditions.
